We began our subleasing project by reviewing approximately ten of the most successful commercial real estate brokers in our market. I worked with Jeff on getting a new warehouse for my business and his service was excellent to say the least. I previously lived in Pittsburgh, so Tampa was very far away. He was my eyes and ears on the ground here when I couldn't be. Jeff provided in depth comparisons between different properties for me to choose from. I then took a flight down to tour each one and decided on my final choice. We then worked together on the paperwork, and I was able to do it very fast and efficient with his guidance. Overall, my experience working with Jeff went really well, and if I need a property in the future, he'll be the first I talk to.
